• We ship through USPS First Class unless the weight is over one pound; otherwise, it's USPS Priority. Occasionally we will ship through UPS. Holidays and weather can delay delivery times. 

• Orders ship within a few days in the order they were received. An email will notify you of your shipment. 

Santo Films Return Policy:

• Returns are acceptable if returned in their original condition before 30 days from order date. 

• Personalized products sold through Santo Films are not available for a return or a refund.

• No refunds for stolen packages from porches if the tracking shows it was delivered.
